Monthly Subscriptions

Are you tired of going into your training sessions with no plan to follow, frustrated with lack of progress, or simply looking for some new inspiration? Then a monthly subscription may be just what you need! Choose between 4-day, 5-day, or custom training subscriptions that are composed of 4 week periodized training phases to help you make the progress you have been longing for! This contract free option also allows you to easily cancel your subscription at any time.

4-Day Program
Monthly Subscription 

You will be provided with a 4x per week training split through the Balanced Bodies Fitness App where you will have access to both home and gym versions of your program, example warm-ups, and an optional 15 min core circuit to complete as you wish. You can schedule and complete your training sessions through the App which will track your progress from week to week!

 

The gym version is programmed for a standard commercial gym and the home version utilizes resistance bands w/ a door anchor and dumbbells (at least one "light" and one "heavy" pair recommended). A bench is recommended for the home program, but not required as floors, couches and chairs make for some great, creative substitutions. If you find that you are unable to complete an exercise as programmed, you can swap it out for one that is more suitable to you!

In addition to the training program, your subscription includes and intro to training and nutrition guide to help get you started!

5-Day Program

Custom Program
Monthly Subscription 

If you are looking for a resistance training program that is built just for YOU without the cost of 1 on 1 coaching, this subscription is exactly what you need! With this subscription you will be provided with a completely customized resistance training program designed to help you reach YOUR goals. 

The day after purchase you will receive a message from me with a link to a questionnaire that will give me the information I need to build out your program. 

This includes your goals, training experience, available equipment (home or gym), days per week you wish to train, and amount of time you have per session. You will receive your custom program within 72 hours of submitting your information. 

In addition to the training program, your subscription includes and intro to training and nutrition guide to help get you started!  

 Cost: $50 per month
