My name is Amber Logue and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through NASM. I have also received my Online Fitness and Nutrition Coaching certification through DLDNation and Pre & Postal Natal Coaching Certification through Girls Gone Strong. I take continued education very seriously and am constantly striving to learn and grow to ensure I am providing my clients with the best service possible. 

I have been an athlete my entire life. I played soccer through high school and frequented the gym for many years after. When I lost my father to ALS in August 2017 my world came crashing down and I quickly spiraled into a lifestyle that led to the highest weight I have ever been (left photo).

In January 2020 I decided enough was enough. With guidance, I learned how to track macros and began to train at home 3-5x per week. I lost a total of 45 lbs. over a year and a half and have since maintained that loss.

 

I went from believing I need to eat 1,200 calories a day on a low carb diet, to eating over 2,100 calories and 250g carbs a day!  I have never felt more empowered and in control of my life, which is what inspired me to obtain my certifications and start this business. I want to help others feel just as empowered and in control of their lives and bodies as I do mine.

I firmly believe that developing healthy life-style habits through fitness and nutrition is imperative to sustainable weight loss. No restrictive crash diets, gimmicks, or fads. No magic pills, shakes, sweat bands or waist trainers. I want to help you learn how to properly fuel your body and reach your goals while eating the foods you love. All you need to be successful is time, consistency, and patience.

It doesn’t matter if you want to lose weight, gain muscle, recomp, or simply develop healthier lifestyle habits. If I can do it, so can YOU! I am here to help you through it, one step at time!
