
In Person and Hybrid Training Programs
If you live in Calvert County, MD I offer both in person and hybrid training options! All in person sessions will be held at TNT Strong in Prince Fredrick. See details about both options below!

In Person Training
In person training consists of a 60-minute private personal training session at TNT Strong. Prior to your initial training session, we will discuss your fitness level and goals so that I may develop a program that is just right for you!
In addition to you customized training program, you will be provided with a Client Handbook, Intro to Nutrition Guide, and Weight Training Guide.

Hybrid Training Programs
Hybrid training offers a unique combination of both in person and online training. As a hybrid client you can purchase in person training sessions through TNT Strong in combination with Fitness and Nutrition or Fitness Only Online Coaching.
In addition to private training sessions all hybrid clients receive:
Access to all Balanced Bodies Fitness Educational Guides
Monthly Recipe Guides
Weekly Formal Check-Ins via WhatsApp
Customized Fitness Protocols provided via App
Customized Nutrition Protocols (if applicable)
Access to the Balanced Bodies Fitness FB Group
