My name is Amber Logue, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Pre & Postal Natal Certified Coach. Through my own fitness and nutrition journey I have developed a passion for helping other women who are ready to evolve into the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves.  Whether that means losing weight, gaining muscle, or simply developing healthier lifestyle habits I provide the tools, guidance, and accountability needed to achieve those goals and maintain the results long term. 

There is a little bit of something for everyone here as I offer a variety of program options. This is an 8-week challenge that begins January 2, 2023. Instead of simply focusing on who can lose the most weight the fastest (as not everyone's goal is weight loss) you will be challenged to prioritize three habits that will help you get closer to your health and wellness goals. Think along the lines of increasing water intake, eating more fruits and vegetables, and prioritizing protein. 

You will also be provided with a home and gym version of a 4x per week resistance training program to complete via the Balanced Bodies Fitness Training App, customized nutrition goals, a client handbook, free t shirt and access to an in-app support group!

If you complete 80% of the habits and resistance training program, you will be entered into a drawing for the grand prize (over $400 value) which includes everything you need to excel in your health and wellness journey beyond these first 8 weeks!
