How the Strong(H)er Blueprint Works

Personalized Programming

There are 1000's of generic programs available for purchase, and the reason you're not seeing progress with them is because YOU are not like anyone else. Your goals, your body, your time, your experience - everything about YOU is unique which is why as a 1:1 client you are provided with a custom training program and custom nutrition protocols that are designed to help you reach YOUR goals; not anyone elses.

Guidance & Accountability

Not only are you provided with a program that is designed just for YOU, you'll also be supported with Weekly check-ins and DM access for guidance and accountability along the way. No more guessing at what progress you can expect to see, what changes need to be made to protocols, or how to adjust to the different curve balls life throws at you; we'll work together throughout your entire program to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Education & Resources

When it comes to maintaining your progress long term, it's not just important to know what your doing, but WHY you're doing it. For that reason you are provided with several guides, an explanation for every training phase provided to you, and are encouraged to ask any questions you have along the way. My goal is to ensure that you know and understand everything you need to feel confident maintaining your results long term.
